Shoes that make people disabled

I bought a bout a year ago and they still do not fit.

They cut the flesh on the back of my ankle and nothing would stop the cut or rub. I contacted back then Teva who advised me to wear with big socks. It changed nothing. The flesh cut would continue no matter what I used (socks, paper, Sopalin, Kleenex, pieces of rubber).

The front foot is also made uncomfortable and Teva manages the exploit to hurt the whole feet back and front.

The sole is so rigid that it makes walking uncomfortable.

First time I buy Teva and last time. This brand is a scam.
