Shipping Information

We base our shipping charges on the value of your order and where it is shipping to. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. We recommend that someone be available to accept the package.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Ontario Canada.

Shipping Costs

We base our shipping charges on the value of your order and where it is shipping to. Ground shipping is free for orders more then $90.00 (before taxes and after any applied discounts) to all provinces within Canada.

Otherwise, Ground Shipping (5-10 days delivery) is $7.00 to provinces for orders under $90.  Ground Shipping is $15.00 for all orders to territories. 

Expedited shipping is not available at this time

Shipping Method

Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm) each week (except for Ontario statutory holidays). We will ship via ground shipping using a company such as Canada Post, TForce, or on occasion other courier companies. In some rural areas, an extra 3 business days may be needed for delivery. Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will be shipped from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary based on location of your shipping address.
