Cut raw flesh

I bought them 2 weeks ago and deeply regret
The boots cut my heels to the blood. The friction goes into the flesh. The edges cut the ankles and rub them until they bleed. They go into the flesh, even with big socks. The material is too stiff and nothing softens it (cloth, newspaper, hot water, grating with a knife)
When I close the laces a notch lower, the snow and grime go into the shoes, which infects the wounds that are already open.

Those are torture instruments. I cry just by thinking about it and writing this review.
