Id love to properly review but I still haven't received my missing shipment

I'd love to properly review these sandals but I can't. I don't have them. I reached out on April 29th stating my sandals didn't arrive with my order. The last correspondence was on May 5th, only because I asked for an update. I was told I'd hear back shortly. It is now May 9th and I have yet to hear back shortly. I have owned a pair of Teva Hurricane sandals for a few years and love them. They are my go-to sandals! I fully believe they are the reason my plantars fasciitis took a hike. I really hope Teva can come to a decision about my missing order. Either ship a new pair or refund me.
