I've been wearing this exact model of Teva Tirras for probably about 15 years by now and have always found them to be the comfiest, best sandals ever. Somehow, despite the size on paper and the size of the soles matching my comfy old pair, so seemingly this pair was correctly labelled as my size and this wasn't a mix-up, the shoes are tight and uncomfortable and immediately gave me four blisters. I've invested in band-aids and have been attempting to stretch out the heel strap every time I'm wearing them while sitting, and hopefully that'll help with time but for now they hurt me a lot and I'm going through a lot of band-aids. I contacted customer service to ask what had happened and if the design of the shoes had possibly been changed in the past few years since I bought my last pair (which fit comfortably immediately and never gave me blisters or discomfort, just like every other pair these past 15 years), but I never got any reply. Anyway, maybe they'd fit other people fine but I wouldn't trust buying them online without trying them on in-person first, even if you've had success with the fit of a previous pair.

Very uncomfortable straps, not sure what happened to Teva. My last pain was great a few years ago

These sandals fit me perfectly and are so comfortable! I wear size 5 shoes which are impossible to find anymore. They are a beautiful colour, too.
