Worn shoes

A used pair was sent to me. Customer service was prompted with the return label but lacked customer satisfaction and email reply. It's been a week and I’m still waiting for my refund.
To reorder now I have to pay for a minimum to waive the shipping cost.
I would NEVER buy with Teva online again nor would I recommend this to my family and friends.

GOOD PRODUCT

Our daughter loves her pair of sandal. It fits her comfortably. I highly recommend it to other parents.
